It's been a while....

It's been a while since I've written here, I wonder if anyone is still reading this!

Things have changed so much in my life over the past few months, it's hard to believe this is me! Where to start....how to get you all up to date on where I'm up to, without revealing my identity...this is hard work!

I know longer live in the Sheep household! I, Little Sheep, now live somewhere else! Me! You're reading right! No more Sheep parents and siblings on a daily basis, only when I fit them into my schedule. Not that I don't love them and all, but it's definitely a new stage in my life!

I'm finishing TF-CBT! This week is my final session with my therapist. We're saying goodbye! And wait til I post pictures of my goodbye present to her...I can't wait til I finish it!

Although it wasn't my original plan, I am continuing therapy over the next few months. I'm starting with a totally new type of therapy though-art and sandtray therapy! This is going to be a whole new experience for me!

Look out for backdated posts over the next few weeks, as I catch you up on (some of) my 2011 art journal!

  8. Thanks everyone! Some of you are talking as though I should know who you are, but I can't seem to figure out from where. Email me if you think I'm referring to you!

Rachelli-I'm still working on it, but thanks for noticing! Email me after yom tov, I think you might be just the person I'm looking for to help me finish it up...

"BK", if you are who I think you are, send me a message, and we'll find out! ;-)

  9. Hi Sheffele,

I haven't been over to your blog for a long time and I am greatly impressed with the spectacular success you have achieved.
I was impressed when the "without self-injury"-Ticker was growing longer and longer, from weeks into months and years. I was impressed when I read now that you moved into your own place and I think this is a good thing.

I am so glad that the past stopped over-shadowing your future. You are definitely on the healing journey, and I am so glad for you that it works. Keep it up, I am rooting for you and send you many hugs.

  14. May Gods peace & blessings be upon you.

    I found your blog
yesterday, and spent the whole night reading it!

    Firstly, I wanted to know;

    1) At what stage did you tell your parents?
    2) Did they tell him off?
    3) Why wasn't he reported? ( people like this deserve death).

Secondly, my close friend went through this too, but by her mums boyfriend! she had pulled through, married with 3 beautiful kids!

Lastly, you will get there too, will make plenty of payers for you. God is indeed not unjust, and unkind. He is our Protector and the Most Supreme. Just trust Him and follow what He asks

    Goodluck with everything

    xx
