today i had fun playing around with my new watercolors! i just let go, and let myself do whatever my brush told me to...and this is what came out. thanks shef for encouraging me!

I can't tell you how much I agree with that idea. Play, in all of its varied and multidimensional levels, is the root of creativity....and maybe even growth itself. I'm certain that the ability to return to play is a necessary part of healing.
